Sailor Seiko (Rough Sketch)

A suggestion made from a fellow user back in January. This is my character, Seiko, wearing a sailor outfit. 

I tried something new for a rough sketch. Shading and lighting on a grey background to make both pop. I also tried experimenting with folds and certain wrinkles to portray more motion to the drawing.

I will color this maybe next week, and I will credit the person once I properly complete it. I don't know if she's even active anymore, but I'll do it anyways.
